Refund Policy
SCIENCELIA is committed to providing the best publishing and educational services to all customers. However, we understand that certain circumstances may lead customers to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for refunds on services purchased through SCIENCELIA’s official payment system.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Articles that have entered the review, editing, or publication stage.
- Administrative fees, submission fees, or fast-track fees.
- Classes, webinars, or training sessions that have already been partially or fully attended.
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 business days after the transaction date.
2. Refundable Services
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment (system error causing double payment).
Services purchased but not processed at all.
Events (classes/webinars) canceled by SCIENCELIA.
3. Refund Procedure
Customers must contact SCIENCELIA’s finance team via email: info@sciencelia.com or through our official WhatsApp.
Please provide the following information:
Full name
Invoice number / proof of payment
Reason for refund request
Our team will verify the request within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the customer’s original payment account within 7–14 business days.
4. Refund Amount
A full refund will only apply in cases of duplicate payment or if the service has not been processed at all.
If services have been partially processed, SCIENCELIA reserves the right to deduct up to 30% of the total payment as an administrative fee.
