Refund Policy

SCIENCELIA is committed to providing the best publishing and educational services to all customers. However, we understand that certain circumstances may lead customers to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for refunds on services purchased through SCIENCELIA’s official payment system.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Articles that have entered the review, editing, or publication stage.
  • Administrative fees, submission fees, or fast-track fees.
  • Classes, webinars, or training sessions that have already been partially or fully attended.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 business days after the transaction date.

2. Refundable Services

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment (system error causing double payment).

  • Services purchased but not processed at all.

  • Events (classes/webinars) canceled by SCIENCELIA.

3. Refund Procedure

  • Customers must contact SCIENCELIA’s finance team via email: info@sciencelia.com or through our official WhatsApp.

  • Please provide the following information:

    • Full name

    • Invoice number / proof of payment

    • Reason for refund request

  • Our team will verify the request within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the customer’s original payment account within 7–14 business days.

4. Refund Amount

  • A full refund will only apply in cases of duplicate payment or if the service has not been processed at all.

  • If services have been partially processed, SCIENCELIA reserves the right to deduct up to 30% of the total payment as an administrative fee.
